The Perfect Skin Maker…

After a very exhausting and stressful business trip to Madrid I decided to try out a new make up. My skin was super stressed and dried out and the circles around my eyes were absolutely awful. Al of my concealers gave up… So I bought the new make up from Lancôme, Teint Visionnaire. The beauty of this product is that you have both a make u foundation and a concealer on top. It makes the skin looking perfect, removing spots, wrinkles, pores, dark shades.

I’m using Lancôme Teint Vionnaire Nr. 02 and nothing else…

Music Monday: The right thing to do

I’m so sorry I neglected my blog by being too busy with other things. To dos, to dos and more to dos. But now I need to sort my stuff a little bit and set priorities. This is my little list of things which are at the moment right things for me to do:

- Blogger Life: Paying more attention to the development of “Dots and Roses”

- Student Life: I have start writing my seminar paper, I have to start writing my seminar paper, I have to start writing my seminar paper…

- Career: It’s not easy but I also have to focus on my full time job as Visual Merchandiser.  Luckily I just signed my first permanent full-time contract, it’s like getting wings and starting to fly high…

- Financials: Urgent intervention: Not using my credit card at least for the entire month (Can’t be too difficult, February=28 days).

Let’s get it started…

AdiStar

Finally I started with one of my new years resolutions: Going to the Gym! I’m so enormously proud of me that I couldn’t stop myself from posting my new and motivating helpers. The adiStar Trainers! Not a fancy fashion piece, but they will bring me on the right track.

AdiStar Salvation Women’s Trainers from adidas, now on sale here.

The perfect denim outfit a la Sienna Miller

Sienna Look

I was always impressed how elegant and sophisticated Sienna Miller looks while wearing just a simple pair of denim. But the secret is that the jeans she is wearing are not just simple jeans from whatever brand. No! She is wearing denim from her own label twenty8twelve which has the absolutely perfect fit, perfect and authentic wash paired with gorgeous accessories. Voila, the perfect denim look is created and to be honest super easy to copy for everyone. My proposal is to start with this elegant and timeless outfit:

The mandatory key piece is the twenty8twelve sienna denim (on sale for about 72€ here), a black knitted jumper (similar from COS here) and black ballerinas (similar here). Accessories to complete the look are: Hairbands ,a wide ethno belt (similar for only 13€ here ), Ray Ban Wayfarers and a black Balenciaga Tote.

Some new twenty8twelve denim styles. Can’t wait to get them…

My Wishlist // Berlin Fashion Week Fall ’13 Highlights

Folie1 Folie2

After the Fashion Week it’s time to recap and it’s time for a “little” post-fashion week wishlist. Over the last couple of days I’ve seen some really fabulous and inspiring outfits which I would like to share with you.

1.) My number one surprise designer this year is definitely Laurel. The colors, materials, cuts as well as the look of the girls was stunning. These are the Laurel Fall ’13 runway keyitems:

1.LaurelLook

Egg shaped coat ( similar from La Redoute); Oversized pullover (similar from Marlene Birger); Berry peplum blouse (similar from Miss Selfridge); Black Sequin (similar here); Sleek hair and bright red lips to complete the Laurel look.

2.) One of my favorite designers, so no surprise that she landed again on one of my wish list is Lala Berlin. She rocked the show with amazing colors like pink, grenadine, neon and raspberry. Those items I definitely need next winter in my wardrobe:

2.LookLaLaBerlin

Heavy knit sweater in pink (similar from ACNE); silk overalls (similar from YOOX); abstract print dress ( similiar from Donna Morgan) ; Orange Boots (similar here); a black hat (seen at Barney) and smokey eyes complete the look!

3.) & 4.) Two designers were new for me. Augutin Teboul and Minx by Eva Lutz combined black leather with crochet laces. Very cool, sexy and inspiring looks, which I definitely going to copy next weekend, when I’m out and about in Berlin.

Office + Work @ the Berlin Fashion Week Look

IMG_0100 IMG_0101

It’s a bit tricky to select an outfit which is suitable for the office as well for running around the bread & butter during the fashion week in Berlin and having meetings. I decided to go for a black elegant and asymmetric combination and pulling my hair to a chignon. A chick and professional look I would say…

I wore an asymmetric Zara Coat (on sale now), COS trousers, Fendi Jumper (Similar from COS) and Goertz 17 wannabe ACNE Boots. Jewellery: BVLGARI B.Zero Ring, Guess Metal Watch and Thomas Sabo Bracelet.
